How We Are Structured

Editorial Standards

The Editorial Standards lead is responsible for maintaining consistency, tone, and accuracy across all articles. They oversee style guidelines, ensure every piece aligns with our fact-checking and editorial policies, and handle any content disputes.

Data and Research

Our Data and Research team collects, cross-references, and verifies historical and current football data. They work with credible sources — official league records, club publications, recognised statistical archives — to ensure the numbers we present are as reliable as possible.

Corrections and Fact-Checking

We maintain a dedicated corrections and fact-checking function. Every submitted correction is reviewed promptly. Fact-checkers verify claims against multiple sources before publication or amendment. For details on how we handle errors, see our Corrections Policy and Fact-Checking Policy.

Readers can reach the corrections team directly at corrections@footypedia.org.

Responsible Publisher

FootyPedia.org is operated and published by Moody Media AB. While the publisher provides the operational and technical framework, full editorial independence is guaranteed. No outside party — commercial or otherwise — influences the content we produce. For more about our funding and independence, see Ownership and Funding.
